Refund Policy

Please note: We are not able to process refunds on site.

We do not offer refunds due to change of mind.

Once the session has started, we cannot offer a refund.

A refund can only be requested due to technical issues where we are at fault. Such issues must be deemed technical issues by staff during the time of your visit

Online ticket purchases: Online ticket purchases cannot be refunded due to change of mind. If you are unable to attend your booked date/time, a new booking date/time can be arranged or a voucher can be given.

Deposits for birthday party bookings or Booking out the centre are non-refundable

If your booking needs to be cancelled by us for any reason such as an unforeseen store closure you will be contacted to either reschedule or offered a refund.   

Arcade credits cannot be exchanged for a Holographic Experience. Arcade Credits cannot be exchanged for money

Merchandise purchases can be exchanged but not refunded
